In view of the current situation with the coronavirus, the HKTDC will closely monitored the situation and worked closely with LFW’s organiser, British Fashion Council to ensure the health and safety of designers, buyers, press and show participants.

Meanwhile, please find the health and safety measurements that will be conducted at Fashion Hong Kong presentation on 14 Feb at Somerset House in accordance with the guidelines from British Fashion Council as follows –

• 1. Maintain a thorough and ongoing cleaning service in partnership with the venue service provider including sanitation of surfaces, removal of waste before and after each show in all public and private areas, as well as the close of each night.
• 2. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided throughout the venue.

While British Fashion Council will follow guidelines from UK’s (NHS?) and take appropriate measures stringently, the HKTDC will also reference the latest advice from Hong Kong’s Centre for Healthy Protection (CHP) to implement health protection measures.
